Main Responsibilities
Checker – Line Sheet Maintenance
Create and update O/D line in BFS system Create parameters to change interest rates, contract codes, branch codes in Kapiti
Checker – Transaction Posting
Set and reset code and handle daily / back-value transactions in SAFE / Kapiti
Checker – Customer Data Input
Check inputs and updates handled by maker Check data input, account maintenance and GAS update reports Create / check upload files to update customer's PDPO flags in CIF system by batch Create and update customer's Chinese address Follow up instruction memos and forms from branches and departments
Checker – Account Opening Process
Open staff payroll accounts, current accounts and internal GL accounts Answer phone enquiries from branches and business units
Maker – Account Opening Process
Assign CIF number, open staff payroll, current account and non-automatic accounts
Maker – Data Input Process
Input and update customer's supplementary information for account holder and relation in CIF system. Input, update and check customer's address in GAS system Create and update customer's Chinese
Incumbent's Requirements
University Degree Holder / High Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
At least 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in banking / finance field
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skills
Strong self-motivation and personal integrity, with good analytical and leadership skills. Good sense of responsibility.
