Your Mission
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to capture, analyze, and validate requirements for aviation-focused IT systems.
* Dive deep into current systems and processes to spot inefficiencies and propose smarter, scalable solutions.
* Craft clear, structured documentation: from Business and Functional Requirements to Use Cases and Business Rules.
* Act as the key translator between business and tech—ensuring the proposed IT solutions meet real operational needs.
* Guide development teams with insights, context, and clarity throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Contribute to user interface designs, functional architecture, and process workflows to optimize usability and performance.
* Keep a pulse on aviation regulations, IT trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
* Support project managers to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-impact initiatives.
What You Bring
* A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or similar.
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in logistics or aviation environments.
* Deep knowledge of aviation systems (e.g., flight ops, crew scheduling, cargo, maintenance) and standards (e.g., ARINC).
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills—able to break down complexity into actionable components.
* Proficiency in tools and techniques like:
* Process & data modeling
* Business rule and service specification
* Use case analysis
* Domain Driven Design (with focus on strategic design)
* Experience in Agile and Waterfall projects.
* Comfortable with SDLC tools and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
* Outstanding communication skills to engage both tech teams and non-technical stakeholders.
* CBAP certification is a plus.

* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Dutch is a nice bonus!
