You will play a key role in scaling our commercial engine by winning new customers, driving revenue growth and shaping how we win in the market.What You’ll DoOwn New Business: Your primary focus is new logo acquisition. You identify high-potential companies, open conversations with decision makers, and convert them into long-term customers.Run the Full Sales Cycle: You take deals from first contact to signed contract including discovery, product demos, business cases, negotiation, and closing.Build a Strong Outbound Pipeline: You proactively prospect and create opportunities, using targeted outreach, networking, and creative approaches to engage prospects.Sell to Decision Makers: You engage with stakeholders at different levels from operational teams to senior leadership and C-level executives.Drive Strategic Deals: You structure and manage complex deals while keeping momentum and driving urgency.Work Cross-Functionally: You collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure prospects experience the full value of Artion.Operate with Discipline: You maintain a structured pipeline in HubSpot, track activities, and ensure reliable forecasting.Who Thrives in This RoleProven SaaS Sales Performer4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS salesStrong track record of new business acquisitionExperience managing mid-market or complex sales cyclesA Natural HunterYou love the challenge of winning new customers and building pipeline.
