Our focus is on identifying what matters most, prioritizing initiatives with real impact, sequencing change strategically, and bringing discipline to our transformation efforts.

As a member of IMFT, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an integrated, cross-functional transformation that optimizes resources, investment allocation, and value creation across the organization.

Key interactions

Work day-to-day with the IMFT Senior Finance Manager (Inventory & Direct Procurement) to prioritise deliverables and remove blockers. Engage regularly with IM Principal Operations / Supply Chain stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, External Manufacturing/3Ps where applicable) to clarify process handoffs, data flows and operational constraints. Coordinate with Controls/Audit partners to embed compliance requirements into the target process and documentation.

* Controls & Compliance by Design: Work with control owners to define and document inventory control requirements for TIME (process controls, evidence, roles & responsibilities); support control walkthroughs, risk/issue logging, and remediation planning to ensure the future process is audit-ready.
* Data, Reporting & Reconciliation Requirements: Define inventory data and reporting needs for the TIME solution (e.g., key reports, dimensions, interfaces, reconciliation points) and support data quality discussions; help establish clear ownership, handoffs and monitoring expectations between Finance, Supply Chain and Technology.
* Testing (UAT) & Defect Management: Coordinate UAT activities for inventory process, triage defects with Technology and process owners, and track resolution to ensure a stable, business-ready TIME release.
