To.Scale, on behalf of one of our clients, a major vehicle manufacturer based in Brussels, Business Analyst with hands-on Project Management experience to support IT&D initiatives within the Sustainability & Circular Economy domain, with a strong focus on the EURO 7 regulation.
This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and delivery ownership. The successful candidate will not only analyse and document requirements, but will also actively drive delivery, coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure that work progresses according to agreed timelines.
This is not a pure BA role, and not a pure PM role.
It is a delivery-oriented BA / PM hybrid role in a complex, regulated, enterprise environment.
If you’re someone who loves breaking down complexity, thrives in structured analysis, and enjoys working cross-functionally to make sense of fast-changing regulations… you’ll feel right at home here.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to André Cabo on LinkedIn, he’ll be happy to walk you through the role and answer any additional questions.
What You’ll Do
* Business Analysis
o Analyse regulatory requirements (e.g. EURO 7) and translate them into clear, structured IT system requirements.
o Document end-to-end business and system processes (As-Is / To-Be), including data flows and dependencies.
o Facilitate workshops with business, IT, compliance, and technical stakeholders to align on scope and requirements.
o Maintain high-quality documentation in tools such as Confluence, Jira, and O365.
* Project / Delivery Ownership
o Take hands-on ownership of delivery activities, including planning, follow-up, and coordination across teams.
o Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
o Actively drive decision-making by preparing clear inputs, options, and impact assessments.
o Escalate risks or blockers when needed and ensure timely resolution.
o Coordinate work across onshore and offshore teams, vendors, or internal delivery units.
o Ensure alignment between business expectations and actual system delivery.
