Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide technical know-how to our database marketing solutions. The role is well adept in relational database concepts and is proficient in SQL. The role will be responsible for creating and modifying database code, as well as helping with operational aspects of the database.
Key Responsibilities
* Practical application of relational database, data warehousing and file management concepts
* Solid understanding of SQL and database programming language
* Solid understanding of ETL tools and concepts
* Practical application of job scheduling tools
* Knowledge of development methodologies and tools
* Solid understanding of common IT offerings (storage, backups, operating systems)
* Participate and contribute in design and code reviews
* Develop code to meet design specifications and perform accurate unit testing on developed code
