1. Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements
2. Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
3. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams
4. Support the design of solutions for non-life insurance products
5. Collaborate with testers to support test strategy and acceptance criteria
6. Participate in UAT and functional validation phases
Required profile.
7. Strong experience in Business Analysis, ideally within insurance or financial services
8. Skilled in process modelling and requirements gathering
9. Knowledge of non-life insurance products
10. Excellent communication and facilitation skills
11. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
