Senior BDR (Dutch & English) Antwerp or Ghent (hybrid)
We’re hiring a senior BDR to help build pipeline in Benelux. You’ll be focused on outbound, working closely with AEs, and expected to generate real opportunities - not just activity. This role is also the main route into an AE position if that’s where you want to go. Role Outbound into Belgium + Netherlands Get in front of decision-makers (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) Qualify deals properly before handing over Work accounts with AEs, not in isolation Keep CRM clean Figure out what messaging works and double down on it Profile 6months–3 years BDR/SDR experience (SaaS helps) You hit your numbers Fluent Dutch + English You’re comfortable picking up the phone You understand what a good opportunity looks like You want to move into an AE role Progression If you perform, you move. You’ll get exposure to deals, start taking on more responsibility, and step into an AE role when ready. Typically within 9–15 months, but it depends on output.
