We are looking for a Functional Analyst
As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for the documentation and functional improvements of an application with a central and crucial position in the automotive market:
* You acquire a good understanding of the users of your application and their business processes.
* You take a leading role in functional analysis of specific projects; by gathering requirements and translating these requirements into specifications for the technical team;
* You apply the defined documentation standards; and use these standards to keep the documentation on your application up-to-date.
* You are not afraid to deep-dive into the existing solutions and databases to find your answers.
* You look for creative and simple solutions.
* You participate in creating project estimates and identifying impact on IT architecture.
* You discuss solutions with the development team and guide them through the development cycle.
What qualities do you need?
* You have a Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in an IT related domain) or equal by experience.
* You know the principles of Agile development and succeed in applying them.
* You have experience in story writing.
* You have experience in business & product documentation (Business requirements, use case diagrams, …)
* You have experience with API-design.
* You are analytical and assertive, customer- and solution-oriented.
* You focus on quality and have eye for detail.
* You are Dutch- or French-speaking and professionally proficient in English
