Service Manager - Parts & Service Operations (Benelux)
Salary: €85,000 per annum plus bonus and holiday allowance
Location: Brussels
Team Size: 21 specialists (14 FTE Service Team + 7 FTE Parts Department & Warehouse)

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead the professionalisation and commercialisation of their parts and service business across the Benelux region. This is an exceptional opportunity to take charge of a 21-person specialist team and drive operational excellence in parts distribution and service support.
The Role
As Service Manager, you will be responsible for transforming the parts and service operations to the next level of professionalism and commercial success.
You will ensure optimal service support to customers throughout the Netherlands and Belgium while managing complex logistical processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure optimal service support to customers within the region.
* Elevate distribution and warehousing operations with focus on measurability, turnover rate, inventory control, returns, and efficiency.
* Manage the complete logistical process ensuring timely delivery to customers.
* Lead and develop a team of 21 specialists across service (14 FTE) and parts/warehouse operations (7 FTE)
* Promote a positive working environment for the department.
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
* Drive process improvement and digitisation initiatives.
* Develop investment policy and bear profit/loss responsibility for the customer service department.
* Provide progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers.
* Focus on increasing and optimising customer service turnover through enhanced customer relationships
* Ensure proper follow-up and handling of customer complaints.
The Person

* Proven experience in service management and team leadership
* Strong background in parts distribution and warehouse operations
* Excellent customer relationship management skills
* Experience with process improvement and digitisation projects
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
* Ability to manage profit/loss responsibility
