Your Role
As a Management Trainee, you will go through an intensive two-year program, during which you will complete four different assignments of six months each. You will gain valuable experience in various areas such as OCC, Customer Care, Integrated Supply Chain, Sales, ZSM, Trade & Project Logistics. In addition to the steep learning curve on the job, you will follow training programs focused on personal leadership, communication, and impact. You will work on your own growth plan and build strong connections within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
To give you an impression of the types of projects you can expect, we’ve listed a few examples:
* Creating and implementing standardized formats for our customer business reviews, developing localized value propositions for our specialized product portfolio, and collaborating with our international supply chain team to identify cost-saving opportunities within our customer’s supply chain.
* Identifying the causes of the lowest KPIs for data quality and finding solutions for improvement.
* Assessing customer onboarding and monitoring updates to the business profile.
* Assisting with nearshoring and automation projects for OCC & RCC.
Your Skills and Experiences
You bring ownership and a strong drive to make the Management Traineeship a success. We provide you with the right tools, and you deliver the results! Working with deadlines is crucial: in addition to major project deadlines, you will also achieve interim results. Planning, handling time pressure, and switching flexibly are essential. You turn ideas into detailed action plans and improvements, always with the goal of achieving operational excellence.

* Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or Engineering, but other studies are welcome – as long as you have an interest in the dynamic world of logistics!
* A maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Excellent language skills of both Dutch and English.
* Curious and entrepreneurial mindset – if you see something that can be improved or done differently, we want to hear about it!
* Extra experience, such as an international internship, board year, and/or volunteer work, is a plus.
* You are willing to work flexible hours.
