We're a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it. Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger. So add your voice. Make an impact. Find your fit — and your future.
About the Role
As an E-commerce Men’s Merchandiser you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the European merchandising strategy for Levi.com. Through close partnership with Digital and DTC Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Site Merchandising, and Data teams, you will build consumer-right, profitable assortments that elevate the online experience and fuel sustainable growth.
You will be the voice of the consumer, driving the “Execute with Impact” strategy online through sharp seasonal flows, impactful product stories, loyalty exclusives, and informed trading actions. Your work will ensure that Levi.com delivers a best‑in‑class brand experience, optimized for performance, productivity, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build the Levi.com assortment strategy for Men’s, leveraging DTC and digital KPIs to guide decisions and maximize revenue, sell-through, and consumer impact.
2. Be the voice of the consumers and identify strategic opportunities to increase our fan base and engage with new customers.
3. Build the online consumer journey through an impactful and dynamic digital calendar aligning with cross-functional teams across DTC, Ecommerce, Planning, Marketing, and Trading
4. Develop compelling weekly and monthly product stories that strengthen brand heat, deepen engagement, and drive sustainable and profitable growth.
5. Analyze weekly sell-out performance and digital KPIs, translating insights into pricing actions, trading decisions, and future assortment recommendations.
6. Partner closely with Loyalty, Digital Data, and Consumer teams to develop exclusive products, loyalty strategies, and targeted assortments that support consumer acquisition and retention.
7. Lead in-season trading actions — including slow mover management, launch execution, inventory optimization, and left-to-sell strategies — to protect full-price performance and reduce risks.
8. Optimize product presentation and storytelling across key online moments (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Week) to maximize commercial impact.
9. Execute seasonal Go-to-Market with precision, ensuring category, price, color, and flow align with global guidance and support a “buy now, wear now” approach.
10. Maintain line plans, range plans, directive assortments, PLM data, and merchandising tools in partnership with Merch Ops and Analytics.
11. Deliver compelling product presentations that inspire teams, build alignment, and strengthen Levi’s® leadership in the market.
12. Identify new business opportunities that support SBP priorities, including tops growth beyond graphics and fleece, and reinforcing denim leadership within a lifestyle proposition.
About You
13. Strong knowledge of digital merchandising, apparel market dynamics, price and margin targets, and storytelling within online consumer journeys.
14. 3–5 years’ merchandising experience, ideally in apparel and with exposure to ecommerce, digital assortment building, or DTC-driven environments.
15. Trend-aware with strong fashion sensibility and an understanding of diverse consumer segments.
16. Excellent analytical, numerical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
17. Highly organized with strong planning skills, able to manage complexity with initiative and minimal direction.
18. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau).
19. English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.
