Job DescriptionHospitality Talents, recruitment agency specialized in executive hospitality profiles, is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury hotel in Brussels (part of an international hospitality group) in the search for an outstanding Director of Sales & Marketing.This is a rare opportunity for a strategic, hands-on commercial leader to join the Executive Committee and play a key role in shaping the hotel’s growth, visibility, and market positioning.If you are passionate about luxury hospitality, business development, brand storytelling, and high-impact marketing strategies, this position offers an exciting platform to make a difference.Your MissionAs Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive revenue performance, brand strategy, and commercial success across all segments, while leading a dynamic teams and representing the hotel at the highest level.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & Sales LeadershipDefine and execute ambitious sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectivesIdentify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate, leisure, and travel industry partnersSupport the sales team with impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored client experiencesMonitor KPIs, market trends, and sales performance to continuously optimize resultsMarketing & Brand PositioningDevelop and lead innovative marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s luxury identity and business goalsEnsure consistent brand storytelling across all channels, enhancing guest engagement and loyaltyOversee campaign planning, creative assets, and content strategyPR, Communication & Reputation ManagementDrive public relations initiatives to increase brand awareness locally and internationallyBuild strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic stakeholdersManage communication strategies in sensitive or crisis situations with professionalism and proactivityDigital Marketing & Online PresenceEnhance the hotel’s digital footprint through SEO/SEM, social media, newsletters, and online advertisingStay ahead of emerging digital trends to maximize visibility and conversionCollaborate with partners to strengthen distribution channels and online performanceMarket Intelligence & Business InsightsConduct market analysis to anticipate trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioningUse data-driven insights to support strategic decision-makingLeadership & Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Ownership to ensure full alignmentLead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing teamFoster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountabilityRequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, PR and Communications within the hospitality sectorStrong background in luxury hotels or high-end lifestyle hospitality environmentsProven ability to drive revenue growth and elevate brand positioningExcellent understanding of market dynamics, travel networks, and commercial strategiesSolid expertise in digital marketing tools and online distributionOutstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approachBachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree is a plus)BenefitsExecutive position within a prestigious Brussels luxury propertyKey role inside an international hospitality group with strong growth ambitionsCompetitive salary package + benefits (including company car)Opportunities for career development and long-term progressionThe chance to lead impactful commercial projects in a high-profile environmentRequirements- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, PR and Communications within the hospitality sector - Strong background in luxury hotels or high-end lifestyle hospitality environments - Proven ability to drive revenue growth and elevate brand positioning - Excellent understanding of market dynamics, travel networks, and commercial strategies - Solid expertise in digital marketing tools and online distribution - Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach - Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree is a plus)
