Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Medical Device
We are supporting an international medical device company in the search for an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their Clinical Affairs team on a 12-month contract .
This role is based in Belgium and will support clinical studies involving implantable cardiac and cardiovascular devices, with site activity across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany .
This is a hands-on, field-based opportunity suited to someone who enjoys working closely with clinical sites and investigators, combining monitoring, site management, and clinical study coordination .

Key Responsibilities:
Support clinical studies from site start-up through to close-outAct as primary point of contact for investigators, hospitals, and study sitesConduct site management and monitoring activities to ensure studies meet timelines and quality standardsProvide clinical and operational support to investigators, helping drive patient recruitment and study engagementMaintain regular communication with sites to ensure protocol compliance and accurate reporting of safety eventsPrepare study updates and progress reports for the wider clinical and project teamsAssist with ethics and regulatory submissions, site documentation, and clinical study administration
Requirements:
5+ years' experience working within clinical researchExperience within the medical device industry is preferredExperience working on cardiovascular or implantable device studies is advantageousStrong background in site management, monitoring, and investigator supportFluent Dutch and English, with an understanding of GermanStrong communication skills and attention to detailWillingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands and Germany
