As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing business in Benelux, Germany, Austria, and Northern Europe by offering tailor-made industrial packaging solutions. The role blends technical expertise with international client relationship management. The client is a European manufacturer specializing in packaging solutions. They operate across multiple countries, placing a strong emphasis on tailored design, technical precision, and sustainable materials. With a global mindset and a close-knit internal team, they focus on developing long-term relationships with their clients in logistics, manufacturing, and other industries that require reliable and innovative packaging systems. As Sales Manager, you will : Develop and grow sales in assigned regions across Benelux, Central, and Northern Europe. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries requiring custom industrial packaging. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and technical support. Understand client needs and propose tailor-made packaging solutions accordingly. Collaborate with internal design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively. Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings to boost visibility and trust. Prepare and manage sales reports The successful Sales Manager has the following profile : Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within industrial or packaging solutions. Fluent in French, English, German or Dutch Self-motivated and autonomous, capable of managing a field-based role with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Technically savvy, with the ability to understand and propose customized packaging solutions. Culturally adaptable, confident interacting with clients across diverse European markets. Collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with internal design, production, and sales teams. A dynamic international territory, covering multiple European countries with diverse client bases. Autonomy and flexibility, with opportunities to manage your own schedule and travel within the assigned regions.
