Additionally, the team develops the required equipment for the projects focused on safe and efficient operations, ensuring high workability and accelerating the pace of innovation. These Developments are coordinated in close cooperation with the commercial and operational departments to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.As a Methods & Mission Equipment Engineer at DEME Offshore, you are involved with the engineering of new transport and installation methods and the development of corresponding mission equipment. You will provide engineering support during project execution and follow-up on performance and any modifications or improvements to existing equipment.As a Cable Installation Engineer you will focus on a variety of challenging cable installation related topics. You will assist our tender and project teams with engineering support during both preparation and execution phase. The engineering department in Breda consist of approx. 30 employees and you will work in a close-knit, international team of 8 cable installation engineers. Together, we work on DEME’s vision of creating a sustainable future.The role involves organizing incoming and outgoing documentation on Tenders, being point of contact for the Tender Team regarding document management, and organizing check-in meetings with the Team.The Tender Document controller also monitors and manages the Deliverables during the Tender process, flagging bottlenecks or delays to the Tender Manager, and manages some Deliverables' content in agreement with the TM.Additionally, they review and finalize the outgoing documents for proper layout and design according to branding guidelines.
