Team Leadership: Managing a group of Java developers, defining their responsibilities, and allocating tasks effectively.
Quality Assurance: Organizing and overseeing code review activities to maintain high standards.
Strategic Design: Providing abstract reasoning to improve existing applications and designing robust architectures for new developments.
Business Alignment: Translating complex business needs into a coherent architectural vision across various functional domains.

Technical Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate mastery in the following technologies and experience levels:
Java EE: 10+ years
RDBMS / SQL / JPA: 10+ years
REST Web Services: 8+ years
Angular: 5+ years
Spring Framework: 5+ years
Security (oAuth): 3+ years
Language & Legal Requirements
Languages: Proficiency in either French or Dutch is required, along with at least a functional working knowledge of the second national language.
Citizenship: Due to specific legal obligations associated with this project, candidates must hold Belgian nationality.
