As an Account Manager, you'll be the strategic partner your customers rely on. You'll build strong relationships, understand complex healthcare supply chain needs, and connect clients with UPS SCS's industry-leading cold-chain and GDP-compliant solutions. You'll own your territory end-to-end: relentlessly pursuing new growth while developing existing business.

What You'll Do
Identify and win new healthcare customers to exceed your sales targets
Prospect via calls, emails, and on-site visits across pharma, biotech, med tech, and clinical trial segments
Understand client challenges - GDP compliance, temperature control, security, visibility - and propose the right UPS SCS solutions
Prepare competitive proposals, RFQs, and cold-chain service designs to secure new business
Manage and grow your existing customer portfolio across air, ocean, and road freight forwarding
Support customers with proactive issue resolution and strong communication across internal operations
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account reporting within UPS systems
