Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Waregem for an Agent-bezoeker at E-Ctrl vzw. The Agent-bezoeker's responsibilities include visiting clients as a company representative, fostering relationships, providing necessary support and guidance, and ensuring client needs and expectations are met. The role requires maintaining detailed records of interactions, actively sharing feedback, and collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
* Ability to organize and manage schedules, along with attention to detail in record-keeping
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address client needs and requirements
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and general IT proficiency
* Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and display a proactive attitude
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site visits
* Previous experience in client service, sales, or a related field is an advantage
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
