👉 Project Description
We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer. As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing IT systems, ensuring high-quality service for employees. You'll be working in a dynamic and stimulating environment where your technical and interpersonal skills will make a real impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively and reactively resolving tickets using Jira ServiceDesk.
* Providing both local and remote support, including on-site troubleshooting.
* Installing and configuring hardware (notably using SCCM).
* Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks.
* Analyzing and improving systems, processes, and procedures.
* Participating in IT innovation projects and strengthening cybersecurity.
* Maintaining and updating the internal knowledge base (Wiki).
* Writing technical documentation for users and IT teams.
* Anticipating failures and implementing preventive solutions.
👉 Your strengths
-Solid experience in IT support (several years in a similar role).
-In-depth knowledge of:
* Windows and Linux environments
* Virtualized infrastructure
* Networking (LAN, TCP/IP)
* Cybersecurity
* Microsoft Office tools
* Active Directory and domain management
* SCCM and IT monitoring tools
-Familiarity with system monitoring and network printing.
* Fluent in French & English
