Commercial Growth Manager
The right candidate for this role will be a results-driven leader with a proven track record of driving commercial growth in dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire their team, and a strong focus on delivering results.
Key responsibilities include leading and coaching a team of 6, rebuilding and improving commercial processes, unifying and energizing the team around a strong ambition, driving long-term sustainable growth, and expanding commercial presence in Belgium and beyond.
The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of B2B experience, ideally in a dynamic environment (HR, tech, SaaS, etc.), be fluent in Dutch, French, and English, and comfortable with long and complex sales cycles.
