In this hybrid role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, delivering scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions.You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, planning, and finance, leveraging SAP ECC data, data lake structures, and Microsoft Power Platform to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Stakeholder ManagementLead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional & technical specificationsManage backlog in Agile environment (user stories, prioritization)Act as the key interface between business and technical teamsPower Platform Development (Hands-on)Design & develop Power BI dashboards (DAX, data modeling, KPIs)Build Power Apps for business processesDevelop Power Automate workflows (alerts, integrations)Deliver end-to-end solutions from analysis to deploymentData Management & TransformationWork with SAP ECC data and data lake environmentsDefine and implement data transformations (Silver/Gold layers)Ensure data quality, consistency, and usabilityCollaborate with data engineering teamsProcess OptimizationMaintain and optimize Excel/VBA solutionsReduce manual processes and legacy dependenciesContinuous ImprovementApply Agile methodologies for fast, iterative deliveryIdentify automation and reporting opportunitiesLeverage Generative AI tools for development efficiencyDocumentation & User Adoptionxjsrcvq Document requirements and solutionsSupport user adoption and provide trainingPreferred QualificationsStrong experience in business analysis & stakeholder managementHands-on expertise in:Power BI (advanced DAX, data modeling)Power AppsPower AutomateSolid understanding of SAP ECC dataGood knowledge of SQL & data transformationAdvanced Excel & VBAExperience with data lakes (Bronze/Silver/Gold) is a plusAgile mindset with strong communication skillsProactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
