đź’Ľ We are recruiting a Financing & Hedging Manager
For a major international energy infrastructure group, we are looking for a Corporate Financing & Hedging Manager to join the Corporate Finance & Treasury team in Brussels.
You will join a high-impact team of two people, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance & Treasury, and will play a key role in structuring financing solutions and managing financial risks at group level.

đź“Ś Your mission
As Corporate Financing & Hedging Manager, you will:
* Structure and secure corporate and project financing solutions aligned with the group’s strategy.
* Design optimal debt structures, combining bank financing, bond issuance and project financing depending on risk profile and maturity.
* Lead financing transactions and negotiate terms with banks and institutional investors.
* Develop and implement intra-group financing structures.
* Ensure compliance with financial covenants and contractual obligations.
* Monitor and manage interest rate, FX and liquidity risks.
* Structure and execute hedging strategies in collaboration with treasury operations.
* Oversee group treasury activities, liquidity and short-term investments.
* Build strong relationships with banks, asset managers and financial market participants.
* Advise internal stakeholders (M&A, Business Development, subsidiaries) on financing strategies and financial instruments.
* Support financial reporting, audits and due diligence processes.
Within the first year, you will be expected to establish yourself as the key internal expert and single point of contact (SPOC) for financing structures and financial contracts.
🎯 Your profile
* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Engineering.
* Around 10 years of experience in Corporate Finance, or more.
* Proven experience in corporate financing, project financing and financial structuring.
* Strong expertise in hedging (FX, interest rate, liquidity risks) and financial instruments.
* Solid knowledge of treasury operations, cash management and financial reporting.
* Experience managing a team or coordinating projects (~3 years).
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, including interactions with C-level stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate market and geopolitical developments impacting financing strategies.
* Ownership, initiative and leadership capabilities.
* Fluency in English (C1) and French or Dutch (C1).
* Experience interacting with banks, asset managers or energy sector players is a strong plus.
