The Store & Field Lead is responsible for leading daily store and field operations while managing frontline teams to deliver an outstanding member experience. This role combines hands-on operational execution with people leadership, quality control, and commercial accountability, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and sustainable business performance.
Own the day-to-day success of store and field operations by leading people, bikes, and processes to create a safe, fun, and seamless experience for both members and team every single day.

Job Requirements
The gear you need:
* Secondary vocational education working or thinking level.
* Fluent in English and Dutch
* A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experien
ce and experience with managing people
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- A Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Affinity with bikes and service
Job Responsibilities
* Manages a team of Swappers & Drivers and trains them to deliver uniform and awesome experience to our members while driving customer basket value;
* Participate in providing service to customers and conducting
bike repairs in the store;
* Ensures retail & vehicles look 100% of the time completely conform guideline & proper;
* Ensures we deliver service within set time-frame while also meeting local retail & field hour budgets.
* Acts as first point of contact for the store heroes, Customer Service, Manager and customers
* Makes sustainability part of the functional focus
* Keeps the store clean, tidy and organized
* Involved in the hiring process and evaluation of new store swappers together with the Manager
