Role Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering HVAC projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder coordination are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage HVAC projects from initiation to completion
* Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
* Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC installations
* Ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance
Candidate Requirements
Must-Have
* Strong, proven experience in HVAC project management or project leadership
* Solid technical understanding of HVAC systems and installations
* Ability to manage projects independently
Location Requirements
* Must be based within the region
* Preferred locations:
* Ghent
* Kortrijk
* Bruges
* Maximum travel distance: 40–50 km
* Candidates based in Brussels are not suitable
Working Style
* Preference for on-site presence
* Some flexibility for remote work depending on the candidate
Candidate Profile
* Strong hands-on HVAC experience (essential)
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Senior-level candidates preferred
