Your Mission:
As our Quality Manager, you will ensure that our operations consistently meet the highest standards for quality, safety, environment, and information security. You will act as a driver of continuous improvement and compliance with both internal procedures and international standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) across various departments.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure certification continuity.
- Coordinate process documentation and implement a document management system.
- Support operational teams in corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Your Profile:
- University degree preferred; experience in quality management and audits.
- Fluent in English and other languages.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize under pressure.
- Analytical, hands-on, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and commercial flair.
- Honest, reliable, and collegial.
