Senior Agile Scrum Master
We are looking for a
Senior Agile Scrum Master
to support development teams in a complex IT environment, with a strong focus on value delivery and team autonomy. You will act as a
key Agile facilitator
, working closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
Responsibilities :
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) ;
* Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of Scrum and Agile practices ;
* Coach and support development teams to increase autonomy and Agile maturity ;
* Act as an interface between development teams, technical leads, business stakeholders, and external parties ;
* Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization ;
* Identify, manage, and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies ;
* Promote incremental value delivery, quality, and continuous improvement ;
* Monitor Agile KPIs and contribute to process optimization (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
Qualifications
* Minimum
7 years of experience
as a Scrum Master in software development projects ;
* Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
certification
(required) ;
* Strong expertise in
Scrum
and solid knowledge of
Kanban, SAFe, and Lean ;
* Good understanding of IT technical environments ;
* Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills ;
* Proven ability to work in complex and multi-stakeholder environments ;
* Fluent in
French (native level)
;
basic knowledge of Dutch
is an asset ;
* Experience in the
public sector is mandatory.
