Performing financial due diligence procedures related to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, identifying relevant issues and assessing their impact on transactions;Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of engagements;Managing workflows and team activities, providing guidance and sharing insights, as well as coordinating and collaborating with other KPMG teams (e.g. M&A Tax and Legal);Providing coaching to colleagues, sharing technical and professional knowledge within the team and department, and drawing on prior experience;A Master's degree combined with a minimum of six years of experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis, financial audit, and transactions;CFA charter holder status, or active enrollment in the CFA program, is considered an advantage;Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and develop well-reasoned solutions;Excellent project management and business development capabilities;Ability to deliver high-quality work while maintaining strong attention to detail;Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Dutch, or English and French).
