Financial & Business Analyst – The Role
* Customer Financial Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end billing and collections process, acting as the go-to expert to resolve billing inquiries, minimize delays, and maintain accurate figures
* System & Process Excellence: Champion the integrity of internal tools (e.g., and workflows to create a frictionless ecosystem for teams
* Compliance & External Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between internal teams and the accounting firm, validating financial inputs for reporting, VAT.
* Data-Driven Decision Enablement: Design and deliver actionable tools and reports, transforming raw data into strategic insights for leadership and addressing ad-hoc analytical needs.
* Payment & Cash Flow Stewardship: Manage all operational and contractor payments
Financial & Business Analyst – About You
* You have graduated with a degree in finance, accounting, economics or in a related field
* You have 4 to 10 years of experience in a similar role. An experience in a startup/scaleup environment is a major asset
* You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch is a plus
* You are a go-getter with strong analytical skills, and the desire to make a concrete impact in your job
