We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Brussels through a VIE programme. You'll work on securing digital operations, managing IAM integrations, and supporting critical cybersecurity activities in a dynamic international environment. Your Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot operational and cybersecurity issues across applications and infrastructure.
* Act as a cybersecurity expert to ensure system compliance, protection, and best practices.
* Manage and respond to security incidents with rapid remediation actions.
* Collaborate with development teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
* Support integration of IAM solutions using SailPoint (Java) and CyberArk.
* Maintain databases and build complex SQL queries to support operations and reporting.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or IAM engineering.
* Hands-on experience with SailPoint (Java), CyberArk, and API integration.
* Strong SQL/database knowledge; experience as a DBA considered a strong plus.
* Languages: English & French required, both oral and written.
* Analytical mindset, teamwork capability, and strong problem-solving skills.
* Willing to relocate to Brussels; available for 2–3 days onsite.
