Job Description We are looking for a OES Aftermarket Sales Executive, who can: Build and sustain healthy long term relationships with OES customers and represent DENSO as key account interface Maximize the OES potential derived from DENSO OE Share and find new business opportunity's to grow the business. Coordinate the business projects from commercial point of view. Ensure Sales and Profit targets are achieved These will be your responsibilities: Customer Key Account management (Excellent relationship based on Win/Win, trust and reliability) Ensure Sales & Profit target are achieved (via Monthly PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and proper Price and profit management Customer financial management Ensure customer contracts are in place (Negotiate contract terms & conditions) Preparation of annual Sales plan and contribution to annual G&O (Goal and Objectives) creation Strategic market analysis Creation sales lead’s and propose and execute actions to achieve annual plan and MTP (Mid Term Plan) direction. Making & negotiation commercial customer offers (Request for Quotation) As Sales Executive, coordinate the cross-departmental project (planning, quotation, development & intro and full life cycle), whilst securing excellent stakeholder management within DENSO Global international environment.
