Then this might just be your next career move. We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to join a leading executive search firm in Brussels. You’ll work closely with the Country Lead and become the trusted partner in managing assignments, client communications, and project follow-up. Think of yourself as the go-to person who connects all the dots—internally and externally. What you’ll do: Keep search and consulting projects on track: schedule meetings, manage timelines, follow up with all stakeholders Prepare and format client-facing documents (project updates, proposals, job briefs) Communicate with clients and candidates on behalf of the Consultant/Country Lead Coordinate logistics and ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved Handle billing, expenses and data tracking with accuracy Support business development activities with planning, content creation and follow-up General support to the Country Lead in preparing team meetings, presentations, follow-up on appraisal process, etc. Our client is a leading international consultancy specialized in executive search and leadership advisory.
