A fast-growing company is looking for a junior HR and Office talent to join their team and help scale their HR processes for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain close contact with payroll partners for timely and correct payroll process across all countries.
* Evaluate and ensure accuracy of personnel files.
* Manage fleet and guide employees in the process of selecting a new company car according to company guidelines.
* Draft and follow-up on employee-related contracts and policies.
* Act as the first point of contact for employees on hard HR matters.
* Process special requests such as parental leave, youth holidays, etc.
* Onboard newly hired employees from the practical side (all policies and needed documentation drafted and signed, create new user in all tools, laptop ordering, insurances are in order, etc.) and guide them on company tools on their first day.
Office and Facility Management:
* Ensure the office runs smoothly, including making sure there is coffee and other essential supplies.
* Maintain connections with the office owner and syndics, following up on requests and office projects.
* Establish and maintain relationships with relevant office suppliers (fruit delivery, lunch delivery, Proximus, cleaning crew, etc.).
* Arrange travel requests for international employees and assist in organizing team-building activities and afterworks.
