About The RoleYou'll join the Reporting & Analytics team at Pride Global — a high-impact, cross-functional group responsible for delivering data-driven insights across our global staffing operations.This role sits at the center of how the business makes decisions. You’ll be responsible for building the reporting layer that powers executive dashboards, client presentations, and operational insights across the US, Canada, UK, and Brazil.This is not just a dashboarding role. You’ll translate complex workforce, financial, and market data into clear, actionable narratives used by senior leadership and global business heads.We need someone who can take ambiguous business questions, structure them into analytical problems, and deliver high-quality reporting solutions end-to-end — from data modeling to final presentation.What You’ll DoDesign and develop Power BI dashboards used in executive-level reporting and client-facing presentationsBuild self-service reporting solutions that allow business stakeholders to explore data independentlyCreate clean, intuitive, and visually effective dashboards optimized for both desktop and mobile consumptionDevelop and manage Power BI datasets, workspaces, and deployment pipelines across Dev / UAT / ProdModel data using star and snowflake schemas, applying best practices in DAX and Power Query (M)Integrate and transform data from multiple sources — ATS, VMS/MSP platforms, SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, and HR/ERP systemsPartner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and translate them into structured analytical outputsPresent insights and guide stakeholders through dashboards, explaining trends, limitations, and opportunitiesSupport recurring reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) with accurate and timely deliveryDefine and standardize key business metrics (headcount, spend, fill rates, aging, profitability, etc.)Implement data quality checks, anomaly detection, and validation rules within reporting layersDocument data models, metric definitions, and reporting logic to ensure long-term scalability and governanceWhat We’re Looking ForMust have (3–5 years of experience):Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, RLS)Solid SQL skills (joins, aggregations, query optimization, working with relational databases)Experience building reporting solutions for operational, workforce, or business performance dataProven ability to design clean, executive-level dashboards with clear storytelling and minimal noiseExperience managing Power BI Service (workspaces, refresh schedules, access control, deployments)Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate insights effectivelyStrong English communication skills (you’ll work with global stakeholders daily)Nice to have:Experience in staffing, workforce, or HR analyticsFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar cloud data platformsBasic experience with Python or R for data preparation or automationExposure to data governance practices (metric standardization, data lineage, documentation)Experience working in cross-functional environments (finance, operations, delivery teams)
