Your Role: Translate business and user needs into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. Design all screens and states with attention to hierarchy, accessibility, and consistency. Document processes, flows, and specifications for developers and testers. Create or apply components and patterns in the Design System, contributing to its evolution. Iterate designs based on feedback and user research. Collaborate with developers to ensure quality and consistent implementation. Language Requirements: English: solid knowledge. Required Skills and Experience: Strong UX/UI experience for native mobile apps and responsive web. Proficiency with Figma and design systems. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG). Ability to design interactive physical interfaces (kiosks, platforms…). Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
