Sales Development Representative
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
* Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a strong first impression and expanding a client portfolio.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
* Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fulfill the needs of small and medium-sized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
* Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the “Voice of Customer.”

You’re an ideal match if you:
* Are bilingual or proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
* Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven track record of success, or experience in sales account management or customer relations.
* Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
* Possession of Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or Business Applications.
