Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and deploy cloud-native automation workflows, including:
* Azure Functions, Logic Apps
* AWS Glue Jobs, Lambda, Step Functions, S3
* Develop and maintain Cortex XSOAR playbooks, integrations, Python scripts, and automation modules tailored to process automation scenarios.
* Create cross-platform orchestration pipelines (e.g., XSOAR, Azure, AWS) to support data flows, enrichment, and workflow execution.
* Build reusable automation templates and components for repeatability and rapid iteration.
* Implement automation CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, etc.).
* Ensure all automations adhere to ISRM quality standards, security requirements, and best practices.
* Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of automation workflows.
* Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the automation capability.
Required Qualifications
* Strong hands-on engineering experience with Azure and AWS automation services.
* Practical experience building solutions using Cortex XSOAR (playbooks, integrations, Python automations).
* Solid understanding of process automation, event-driven architecture, and cloud orchestration patterns.
* Experience working with APIs, data transformation, and multi-system integrations.
* Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and deployment automation practices.
* Ability to work in Agile teams and communicate effectively with process owners and technical teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate process requirements into technical solutions.
