Our client, a pan-European company, with an innovative
growth strategy seeks Country General Manager to lead their
Technical Services business to continued expansion across Belgium.
They seek a commercially astute Country General Manager with either
technical services, electrical or mechanical services industry
experience to join their expanded team. Focusing largely on public
sector tendering proposals, the successful candidate will bring
with them a proven background in leading public sector tendering
exercises. Key objectives for the Country General Manager: - Sales:
You will lead public tendering processes from strategy to
submission - Identify and secure new commercial opportunities
across Belgium - Led a small team currently, with the aim to growth
this function as the business increases it's already impressive
growth strategy - Monitor market trends and policy developments in
public procurement to stay ahead of the competition Key Skills: -
10 plus years experience in technical or mechanical services, with
a good understanding of operational challenges and solutions where
you have progressed to gain commercial responsibilities - Strong
experience in public tendering – including preparing winning bids
and managing complex contracts - Business development mindset with
a strategic and analytical approach - Fluency in Dutch and/or
French (bilingual is highly desirable); English is mandatory -
Willingness to travel across Belgium as needed If you are
