This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Business Development Specialist to expand our partner network, increase Odoo presence, and drive sales growth.
Job Description
* Represent the first point of contact with our partnership network, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute strategies to recruit and engage with resellers, system integrators, ERP integrators, and digital consultancies across the EMEA region.
* Showcase Odoo's technology and provide personalized demonstrations to potential partners.
* Negotiate conditions for collaboration and drive revenue growth through effective deal-making.
This role requires a strong hunting spirit, technical skills, and autonomy. You will work closely with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of small and large companies to revolutionize their business operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Fluent English language skills, with Dutch proficiency an asset.
* Proven track record in sales, IT, or solution-selling, with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
* Hunting spirit, analytical skills, and ability to negotiate effectively.
* Work permit for Belgium required.
