European Account Manager (m/f/d) EU-Remote – Pharma / Biotech / Life Sciences / Cold Chain Packaging At eutecma, our mission is clear: to develop and manufacture passive cooling systems that make transport and logistics more efficient and more sustainable. To achieve this, we are not looking for a traditional salesperson. We are looking for a true industry professional —someone who understands Cold Chain, breathes Pharma, operates Sales with excellence, and drives our innovative cooling solutions both strategically and operationally across the European market. You are the driving force behind our European growth.You identify new markets and customer segments, build relationships at decision-maker level, and guide customers from first contact through successful scaling.In practice, this means:Building a qualified pipeline across Europe (Pharma, Biotech, Clinical Trials, Diagnostics, 3PLs, High-Value Food)Identifying and engaging key decision-makers (QA, TechOps, Procurement, Validation, Supply Chain)Developing and implementing a Europe-wide Go-to-Market strategyConducting technical product presentations for ICECATCH, PROTECT and retecma solutionsEstablishing distributors, strategic partners and channel networksParticipating in trade shows, conferences and industry events across EuropeFull ownership of the sales cycle: Prospecting → Pilot → Validation → ClosingExpanding existing Pharma and Biotech customers (cross-selling, upselling, global rollouts)Managing key accounts up to C-levelCollaborating closely with QA, R&D, Marketing and Operations on project deliveryRunning regular business reviews and forecastingSupporting validations, testing procedures and technical onboardingBuilding long-term, sustainable partnerships Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Pharma, Biotech, Temperature-Controlled Packaging or 3PLExcellent communication skills at decision-maker levelProven sales track recordHunter mentality combined with strategic thinkingStrong in Value Selling and navigating complex decision-making structuresExperience across European marketsConfident interacting with diverse cultures and buying behaviorsSelf-driven, remote-proven, highly organizedWillingness to travel (approx. 30%)Professional, goal-oriented approachExcellent English skillsAdditional EU languages (German, French, Spanish or Italian) are a strong plusExperience in Temperature Controlled PackagingExperience building distributor networksCRM proficiency A growth role with real impactHelp shape the future of Europe's cold chain.Direct collaborationWork closely with our executive leadership, Product Development, R&D and Marketing.Competitive compensationAttractive salary packagePerformance-based bonus structureWork environmentInnovative, growing and financially strong companyFast decision-makingHigh pace, high professionalism and genuine ownershipYour Start With UsA structured 30/60/90-day plan tailored to key EU regions and prioritiesFull access to all product lines, validation documentation and technical teamsMarket entry support through existing Pharma connectionsParticipation in trade shows, client visits and internal workshops Goal Oriented, Customer Segments, Up-selling, Onboarding, Driving, Trade Shows, Guiding Customers, Diagnostics, Sales, Communication, Decision Making, Management, 3PL, Validation, Supply chain, Procurement, Test Procedures, Self motivated, Industry Events, Strategic Thinking, Sales Cycle, Sales, Pipelines, Operations Project, Forecasting, Key Account, European markets, Purchasing, Cross Selling, Organization Skills, Self-confidence, Highly responsible, Global Rollouts, Project Delivery, Life Science, PLS, Networks, Clinical Research, R&D, Cultural Diversity, Cold chain, Packaging, New Markets, Business Review, Quality assurance, Biotechnology, Conference services
