We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join the business in Flanders, taking ownership of a portfolio of enterprise customers across Belgium.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected software organisation at a pivotal stage of growth, where you will have genuine visibility, ownership and influence across strategic customer accounts in both the public and private sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
• Owning revenue, retention and growth across a defined customer portfolio
• Building and strengthening strategic relationships within enterprise accounts
• Identifying and converting upsell and expansion opportunities
• Navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
• Aligning customer objectives with innovative SaaS platform capabilities
• Acting as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
• Experience within enterprise software, SaaS, ERP or complex B2B technology environments
• A strong track record managing and growing existing customer relationships
• Confidence operating within enterprise-level stakeholder networks
• A proactive, structured and commercially driven mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
