As a Junior IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and coordinating infrastructure projects from start to finish. You will be part of our dynamic Managed IT Solutions (MITS) team, where you'll help ensure projects run smoothly while learning the ins and outs of IT project management in a hands-on environment.
You'll manage multiple clients and smaller-scale projects simultaneously, gaining exposure to various industries and technologies. Your projects will grow in complexity and responsibility as you gain experience, allowing for continuous personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
As a Junior IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you will:
* Support the execution of multiple IT infrastructure projects in parallel
* Act as a bridge between clients and our internal technical teams
* Attend client meetings alongside Sales Engineers to understand business needs
* Assist in creating project plans and schedules
* Coordinate with System Engineers for planning and task follow-up
* Monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
* Maintain strong client relationships within your assigned portfolio
* Learn how to manage project budgets over time
* Occasionally assist on-site with minor or urgent interventions (training provided)
Profile
Must-have:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT or Business/Management
* Strong interest in IT infrastructure and project coordination
* Proactive, structured, and eager to learn
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding IT environments
* Willing to travel regularly to visit clients
* Solution-oriented with a positive mindset
Nice-to-have:
* Knowledge or interest in areas like: Windows Server, O365, LAN/WAN, VMware, Firewalls, Active Directory, Veeam, Dell Storage, etc.
* Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English
* Some experience in project work (internships, school projects, etc.)
* Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus
