Profile Group is recruiting a Business Development Manager for an international organisation
active in
industrial services, energy and renewable infrastructure (including wind energy), railway-related projects, nuclear environments, and public procurement–driven markets.
To support further growth in Flanders, my client is looking for a commercially driven professional who will secure strategic projects and create tangible market impact.
Your role
As Business Development Manager,
you will take ownership
of new business opportunities and play a key role in shaping the regional market. Your responsibilities include:
* Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities within industrial operations, energy production and infrastructure (including onshore and offshore wind), railway and transport infrastructure, chemical and nuclear environments, and public-sector contracts.
* Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, particularly in regulated and public procurement contexts.
* Collaborating closely with technical experts and management to deliver tailor-made, high-value industrial and infrastructure solutions.
* Defining and executing the regional business development plan, with clear commercial objectives and measurable results.
* Monitoring market developments, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Who we are looking for:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within industrial services, energy (including renewables), rail infrastructure, nuclear environments, or public-sector–driven markets.
* Strong commercial drive combined with a pragmatic understanding of technically complex solutions.
* Confident and persuasive communicator in Dutch and English, with a solid understanding of French.
* Comfortable operating autonomously in a results-driven, project-based environment.
