Within a Data Governance program, we are looking for a Data Governance Consultant / Data Analyst for a 6-month assignment.
The mission focuses on identifing, structuring and documenting data elements critics across multiple business domains.
Organizing the workshop by:
Establish a cross-domain understanding of business data domains
Identify and document data elements critics
Build a structured view of data concepts, business processes, and IT systems
Key responsibilities
Data governance workshops:
Organize and facilitate Data Governance workshops with representatives from various business domains
Collect and align business input on data concepts and usage
Business domain analysis:
Understand critical business processes across different domains
Identify and clarify key business concepts and data elements
Capture how data is created, used, and maintained
Systems & Data mapping:
Identify the IT systems used within each business domain
Analyze data flows and system interactions
Data documentation:
Document data domains, concepts, definitions, and relationships
Contribute to data catalogs or governance documentation
CRUD matrix creation:
Build and maintain a CRUD matrix (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
MAP data concepts versus systems to define ownership and responsibilities
Expected deliverables:
Documented business data domains and concepts
Identified list of critical data elements
Mapping of systems per domain
Consolidated CRUD matrix (concepts × systems)
Profile requirements
Experience in Data Governance, Data Analysis, or Business Analysis
Strong ability to work with business stakeholders
Excellent skills in analysis, structuring, and documentation
First experience in facilitating workshops for data governance
Good understanding of business processes and IT systems
Good communication skills
Mission duration: 6 months full time
