Your Responsibilities
* Environmental Monitoring: Verify cleanroom classifications through advanced sampling techniques.
* QC Testing: Perform quality control tests on CAR-T products, ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize analytical testing and processes.
* Data Management: Manage and review critical data using eLIMS and maintain documentation integrity.
* Process Optimization: Propose and implement improvements to streamline QC operations.

Profile
Who We’re Looking For
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, a passion for quality, and adaptability to shift schedules (including weekends).
* Experience: While prior GMP experience is beneficial, we provide extensive training to set you up for success.
* Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
* You are a true team player.
* Strict protocols do not intimidate you; you are accustomed to working meticulously and maintaining the highest quality standards.
* You are flexible and willing to work in shifts, including early and late shifts.
* You are known for your attention to detail and accuracy in all your tasks.
