Job Summary
We are looking for committed and talented people to join our dynamic and winning team, unleash your full potential to grow together with the Group. As our Accountant, you will handle daily accounting tasks for our different entities across countries, provide finance and accounting support for consolidation, budgeting, audits and reporting, and handle ad hoc projects assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Account Reconciliation: Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable/receivable and track invoices.
Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets, monitor expenditures, and forecast financial performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA (preferred)
4-5 years' relevant work experience preferably gained from mutli-national or listed companies
Good spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and familiarity with simplified Chinese are a must
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial documents
Technical Skills: Being tech savvy, proficiency in accounting software Xero is a must, familiarity with other systems such as Salesforce is preferred and advanced Excel skills
Communication Skills: Proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Personality: Self-motivated, well-organized, logical, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
