Key responsibilities:

Prepare negotiation strategies and supporting analyses (e.g. price/margin studies, market trends)

Lead and coordinate commercial and meetings with suppliers

Report and consolidate negotiation results for the category group
*
Build price proposals aligned with mandate and company strategy
*
Provide targeted analyses on price, raw materials, and market developments upon request
*
Contribute to projects enhancing negotiation performance
* Assess supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Successful Candidate Profile
*
University degree in international business, purchasing, supply chain or
*
Professional command of English; fluency in French and/or German and/or Dutch is highly values
*
At least 5 years' experience in procurement, category buying, or supplier negotiations in food or retail industries
*
Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills for data analysis and reporting
*
Strong negotiation mindset, results-driven and comfortable managing complex discussions
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
*
Team player with a collaborative spirit and problem-solving approach
