About the Role
SANDT is hiring an AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
You will run a phased program from knowledge and data readiness to AI-assisted operations, with human-in-the-loop controls built in. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll turn real operational needs into prototypes, decision-ready plans, and scalable rollouts.
This is not a "pure PM" role. You'll combine program leadership with hands-on solution shaping: structuring workshops, mapping processes, guiding key architecture choices, and producing clear client-facing documentation from pilot to scale.
Responsibilities
* Own delivery from discovery to pilot to rollout (scope, plan, risks, governance)
* Lead workshops to define use cases, constraints, KPIs, and success criteria
* Align stakeholders across business, IT, and security/privacy
* Map current processes and define target-state flows and operating model
* Coordinate AI prototyping with engineers and translate learnings into a scalable roadmap
* Drive integration considerations across enterprise platforms and data sources
* Ensure privacy/security-by-design and manage cost/usage controls
* Produce crisp, decision-ready client documentation
Professional Experience
* 3–8+ years of experience in project or program management in enterprise environments
* Proven track record delivering AI initiatives (incl. LLM-enabled use cases) from discovery and prototyping to production roadmap and rollout
* Experience working in operation-heavy domains (e.g., customer support/service operations, knowledge management, or process automation) is a strong plus
* Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated or governance-heavy contexts with security, compliance, and risk stakeholders
* Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams (business, IT, data/engineering, vendors/partners) and turning ambiguity into structured execution
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
Technical Requirements
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Understanding of enterprise delivery fundamentals: systems integration concepts, data flows, access management basics, SDLC
* Familiarity with knowledge/content enablement concepts (ownership, lifecycle, quality controls)
* Exposure to LLM- enabled solutions and delivery considerations (evaluation, guardrails, human review loops)
* Ability to define a phased delivery plan and measurable success criteria
Nice to have:
* Experience with service/ticketing tools or operational workflow platforms
* Experience with automation of repeatable business processes
* Exposure to multilingual or multi-region delivery contexts
Soft Skills
* Proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Strong facilitation skills (workshops, alignment sessions, steering preparation)
* Structured mindset: able to translate complexity into clear plans and decisions
* Pragmatic problem-solving
* Client-ready writing skills (clear documentation)
