We are looking for a Growth Creative Strategist who understands that creative is the targeting.
This is not a role for someone who simply launches ads and copies competitors.
We want someone who can identify market opportunities, develop unique creative angles, build compelling stories, and work alongside media buyers to create campaigns that outperform the market.

Your Mission
Your responsibility is to help us consistently produce winning creative concepts that drive profitable growth across Meta, YouTube, Google, Native, and emerging traffic sources.
You will work directly with our media buying team to develop creative strategies, messaging frameworks, ad concepts, hooks, offers, landing page ideas, and testing roadmaps.
You are not just making ads.
You are identifying why people buy and turning those insights into scalable campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Research customer psychology, motivations, objections, and buying triggers
* Identify unique market angles competitors are missing
* Develop new hooks, concepts, and messaging frameworks
* Build creative testing roadmaps and hypotheses
* Analyze winning and losing creative to identify patterns
Ad Creative Development
* Create concepts for:
* Static image ads
* UGC video ads
* Direct response video ads
* Native advertising creatives
* Landing page concepts
* Write:
* Headlines
* Hooks
* Scripts
* Ad copy
* CTAs
* Storyboards
Work with designers, editors, AI tools, and content creators to bring concepts to life
* Monitor competitors and industry trends
* Identify what is working in the market
* Extract principles from successful campaigns
* Create original versions and unique angles rather than simply copying competitors
We believe inspiration is valuable. We do not believe in ripping off competitors and launching carbon copies.
Media Buying Collaboration
You will work side-by-side with media buyers. This means:
* Reviewing performance data
* Identifying creative fatigue
* Building next-generation concepts based on performance insights
* Participating in testing strategy discussions
* Helping prioritize creative production based on campaign needs
The goal is to create a tight feedback loop between performance and creative.
What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days:
* Build a repeatable creative testing framework
* Launch multiple new creative concepts weekly
* Improve creative win rates
* Increase click-through rates and engagement metrics
* Help identify scalable campaign opportunities
* Create systems for generating fresh creative ideas consistently
* Strong understanding of direct response marketing
* Experience creating paid social creative
* Experience writing ad copy and video scripts
* Strong storytelling ability
* Ability to identify customer psychology and emotional drivers
* Strong analytical thinking
* Ability to work closely with media buyers and performance teams
* Experience using AI tools for creative ideation and production
Preferred
* Meta advertising experience
* YouTube advertising experience
* Native advertising experience
* Graphic design skills
* Experience with AI video generation tools
* Experience in legal, insurance, healthcare, or lead generation industries
