Requirements:
* At least 20 years of total experience within the IT sector.
* 12+ years of specific expertise in the architecture and design of information systems.
* 12+ years of experience in Java (J2SE and J2EE) with extensive knowledge of design patterns.
* 10+ years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
* 8+ years of experience in developing secure web applications and secure development practices.
* 5+ years of expertise with visual modelling and design tools such as ArchiMate and Sparx Enterprise Architect.
* 5+ years of experience with UML (version 2.0 or above).
* 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented design patterns, including Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP).
* 5+ years of experience in the design and development of web services (REST and SOAP).
* 4+ years of expertise in data analysis and data modelling.
* Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, and Zachman, with at least 1 year of practical modelling experience.
* Experience defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent leadership level.
* Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations (ArchiMate, BPMN) and tools such as ARIS.
* Proven leadership, conciliation, and group session facilitation skills.
